Early Learning Programs!

Cultivate is not a daycare, babysitting service, or traditional childcare programs. We are a collective of highly trained women who understand the critical importance of early childhood development from birth through the age five. Our mission is to uplift and empower other childcare providers while highlighting the values and impact of this profession. To often, when providers share what they do, the response is, “Oh gosh, how do you do that?” or “I could never!” At Cultivate, we are here to change the narrative. Being a childcare provider is not only deeply rewarding- it is also a sustainable and meaningful career. We want providers everywhere to know: this work matters, it shapes futures, and yes -you can make a living doing what you love.

Little Friends Family Childcare

Little Friends Family Childcare has been led by Cara McMorris for over 20 years. Cara has been a teacher of all kinds throughout her career, but has returned, for good, to the early childhood years. Knowing that this time period is foundational for all other learning, for the rest of a child's life, Cara instills in every child a love for learning, a love for one another, and a love for oneself.

Little Love Bugs

Little Love Bugs is our newest early childhood home, led by Wren McMorris, who has literally spent her entire life in home daycare. From the time she was little, Wren has dreamed of helping children grow, whether that means meeting them right where they are or encouraging them to tackle hard things with confidence. Wren’s goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where kids feel safe, imagination can run wild, and learning happens in fun, natural ways.
